Get Involved & Give Back! Make meaningful use of your time and talents by serving on the Connections Committee. The goals of the Connections Committee are to grow Step Up's supporters, spread our mission out to more women and the community, and ensure that each member gets the most out of joining Step Up. As a Connections Committee member, your opportunities to get involved & give back include: attending monthly meetings contributing to the development and execution of membership drives/incentives and other unique recruitment tools being the first to welcome and meet event guests by staffing the check-in table at events getting the opportunity to serve as a host for Open Houses leading volunteers at member events helping in the coordination/referral of Step Up Brown Bag lunches at various businesses in the Chicago metro area outreaching to prospective members serving as a host and volunteer manager for Stepping Up in the City, Step Up's annual membership celebration representing Step Up at social networking events, women's expos and non-profit forums Questions or suggestions? contact Kristen at 312.253.4040 or kristenf@suwn.org
