About Pathways to Professions
Pathways to Professions is a program that inspires Step Up juniors to explore new careers through field trips to Step Up member companies.

Mentor Expectations
• A desire to make a positive impact on the lives of a group of young women
• A fun, flexible and energetic attitude
• Specialized knowledge and experience in industry or company is not necessary to be a great mentor
