Professional Development Series

for Step Up Women's Network

with CEO and executive coach
Elizabeth Cronise McLaughlin

Part I - Creating a Perfect Work/Life Balance

Do you find yourself working too hard and too long to the detriment of your own needs?

Do you try to set limits around your work and personal life and then find that you constantly break them?

Do you bicker with your partner (or yourself) over unmet responsibilities at home?

Do you feel like you never manage to get it all done in a day?

This seminar will teach you important skills on how to manage your life effectively so that your world runs smoothly and your needs, as well as the needs of all those important to you, are met and exceeded.

Elizabeth will cover:

  • how to manage your time effectively so that all of your work and personal responsibilities are met
  • how to put yourself first when you need to do so
  • how to allocate responsibilities at home and work to avoid conflict
  • how to set boundaries at work that protect your personal life
  • how to effectively delegate in order to maintain a healthy work/life balance

Don't forget to RSVP for parts II and III of Elizabeth's Professional Development Series - How to Find/Be the Ideal Mentor and Long Term Vision

    Hosted by:
