Become a mentor for an afternoon by volunteering in Step Up's after school programs at North-Grand High School!
Volunteer Expectations:
• A desire to make a positive impact on the lives of a group of young women
• A fun, flexible and energetic attitude
• Specific knowledge of the subject matter of each program is NOT required to be a mentor.

North-Grand hosts three dynamic Step Up after school programs. When you register to attend programming for a day, you'll be contacted by Whitney to choose which program is right for you.

I Dream To... is a fun and interactive photojournalism program designed to empower underserved teen girls to discover and explore various career opportunities and start dreaming BIG.
Inspired Voices is a compelling after-school enrichment program aimed to teach teen girls to express themselves through both written and spoken word.
Pathways to Professions jumpstarts high-school girls’ career-exploration by providing exposure to a variety of industries and strong professional female role models. The program and prepares teens to take steps toward a brighter, bigger future.
