Pathways to Professions
Pathways to Professions is a program that inspires Step Up 11th-graders to explore new careers through field trips to Step Up members' companies. The teens gain exposure to a variety of career possibilities with help from our members and volunteers.
A typical Pathways to Professions trip includes:
a visit scheduled on a Wednesday from 3:00-5:00 p.m.
exposure to several careers or roles within your organization
an engaging activity for Step Up teens and company employees
a healthy snack and souvenir for the teens!
