This series provides young adults ages 18-29 with behind-the-scenes access to various career industries and the mentors who work there. Each session features a short panel discussion with thought-leaders plus time for mentors to share their unique industry insights and connect with mentees in small groups facilitated by Step Up staff.
Over the course of three months, young women ages 18-29 receive free monthly career coaching from Step Up mentors to help jumpstart their career. Step Up provides mentors with structured guides to help them navigate the monthly conversations and goal setting process.
This program provides young adults ages 18-29 with access to mentors who support them to develop confidence and leverage social capital. Each session features confidence-building talks from inspiring role models as well as opportunities for multi-generational mentorship connections through activities facilitated by Step Up staff.
Join us for an inspirational day of in-person mentorship. Mentors and teens will connect through career exploration and career readiness activities facilitated by Step Up staff.
