Not sure what you need help with? That’s what our mentors are here for. Our mentors come from diverse backgrounds, industries, and career paths, and they’re ready to help you define your goals and develop a roadmap to reach them.
Are mentors real people?
Yes! Step Up mentors are real women committed to supporting young women on their career journeys.
I want to mentor on the app. Do I need prior mentoring experience?
No prior mentoring experience is needed to become a Step Up mentor! Step Up mentors (ages 30+) are typically working professionals who feel that sharing their career experience could benefit a young woman. There are resources for mentors in the Mentoring App under the “Resource Hub” tab.
How do I get started as a mentee (ages 18-29)?
Once you’ve downloaded the MentorPRO app using code SCREENTIME, create your account and complete your profile. Then, search for mentors using our mentor search tool or by browsing active mentors under the “Mentor Profile” tab on the app homepage.
