Do you believe all girls should have the opportunity to pursue their dreams of success? We're now accepting applications for our 2023-2024 AmeriCorps VISTA cohort!
Step Up is in the midst of its five-year strategic plan (2021-2025), focused on strengthening and expanding its programs through a blended mentorship model of virtual, in-person, and independent learning methodologies.
The Step Up VISTA Initiative supports this work by engaging a diverse network of corporate and community partners, designing and implementing programs for teens and young adults equipping them with the tools, networks, and resources to be successful, and engaging women as members who contribute financially to our mission and serve as mentors.
Serving a year as a full-time AmeriCorps VISTA is a tremendous opportunity for mission driven, changemakers to create positive change in communities while building uniquely valuable resume experience.
Step Up VISTAs can work remotely from Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Nashville, Dallas or Atlanta. While serving with Step Up, you can also be enrolled in school or work a second job during off hours.
Start date is August 14.

Typical office hours at Step Up are 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with some evening program/event attendance required. As a Step Up VISTA, you are also able to work another job off-hours or attend school off hours.
