High Schools + CBOs: Step Up on Campus (14-18 year olds)

Step Up on Campus is a 12-week program hosted on a high school campus that offers specialized career exploration programming for teen girls. This curriculum, developed by Step Up, uses a social-emotional learning lens to help girls explore career interests, gain exposure to various industries, and build a career path.

Colleges, Universities + CBOs: Power Talks (18-29 year olds)

Power Talks are flash mentoring sessions that pair young adults with experienced mentors for focused, multigenerational mentoring. Powered by Kérastase, Power Talks is an initiative addressing the confidence gap between men and women. This collaborative effort focuses on nurturing confidence, leveraging social capital, and bridging key barriers.
