Submit a Post for Step Up's Pipeline!
Step Up’s Pipeline is a weekly roundup of open jobs, internships, and upcoming recruiting events. The Pipeline is shared with Step Up alumnae, a group of over 4,200 young women who previously participated in Step Up mentorship programs that focus on career-readiness and social emotional learning skills. Our alumnae are at various stages in their careers and over 97% identify as a member of a community of color. The Pipeline is perfect for many types of openings – from recruiting events to internships to entry-level positions to positions seeking up to 12 years of work experience.
Our career channel is updated every Wednesday. Submit your post and donation before Monday at 6:00 p.m. PT to be included in that week’s Pipeline and supporting promotions.
Organizations who have donated $10,000 or more in the past year to Step Up, or are official Step Up community partners, may submit an unlimited number of posts to The Pipeline.*Members at the Visionary level or above (individuals who donate $500+ annually) may also submit an unlimited number of posts to The Pipeline. Others may submit one post for a $100 donation or an unlimited number of posts for one year for a $500 donation. Thank you for supporting Step Up mentorship for girls!

- Chance for your open position/internship/recruiting event to be featured on Step Up social media
