Steps to Success: Career Coaching is a matched mentoring program for young adult mentees (ages 18-29) who identify with womanhood and believe free coaching could help advance their career and mentors (ages 30+) who are interested in guiding a young woman as she navigates the professional world. Over the course of three months, mentors and mentees will meet virtually via Step Up's Mentoring App for four coaching calls. Mentors will provide a safe space for mentees to grow and explore, no matter where they are in their career journey.
No prior experience is required to apply! Step Up provides mentors with structured guides to help them navigate conversations with mentees.
