Our series of four mentorship sessions in collaboration with Birdies provided high school girls and gender-expansive teens the opportunity to build relationships with peers and mentors and gain leadership skills that will support their career pursuits. Luminaries Career Coaching
As a matched mentoring program for young adults ages 18-23, Luminaries Career Coaching offered professional coaching to help jumpstart dream careers over the course of three months for free! Those who participated received monthly career coaching from Step Up's network of mentors in three mentoring sessions, during which they set goals and defined what success looks like for them.
