Luminaries Career Coaching FAQ

+ How do you make your matches?
A: We'll select matches based on career track interest, time zone and availability!

+ What cities is LCC available in?
A: Because this program is happening completely virtually, Coaches and Young Luminaries anywhere are welcome to apply. Please note that coaching calls will likely be scheduled based on United States timezones.

+ How do I know when I'm matched?
A: First, you will be invited to attend our required orientation session. Then, you will receive an e-mail from our team introducing Young Luminaries and Coaches.

+ What's the commitment?
A: March through May 2022. 3 coaching calls, one orientation, and reflection questions after each call.

+ Can Young Luminaries request someone from a specific role, company, industry, or city?
A: Sure! While we can't promise you'll be matched, you can make the request. But trust us. You will be matched with someone incredible!

+ Can men be Coaches?
A: We invite women and gender-expansive adults to serve as mentors in our Luminaries Career Coaching program.

+ Do Coaches need to pay?
A: While there is not a specific fee associated with the Luminaries Career Coaching program, those wishing to be Coaches do need to be a current Step Up member or a participant in a Step Up corporate partner's Employee Engagement Partnership. You can learn more about membership in Step Up here.
