Luminary Circle+ Member of the Month: Chicago's Pamela Faleti

Pamela Faleti, a senior manager in the Risk & Compliance Solution at Protiviti, has gone above and beyond for Step Up from the moment she learned of Step Up’s mission. She supports Step Up at the Luminary Circle level of $1,000 because of her passion for helping young people to believe in themselves by rising above any situation and reaching their goals through education.

“I am inspired when a young person decides not to allow their current circumstance to dictate the rest of their life. Continuously, I am inspired when I see a young person really, truly believe in themselves and realize that all things are possible,” said Pamela. Her passion to help youth see their potential is what keeps her giving back at her job, at her church, to Step Up and in every area of her life.

In addition to supporting Step Up philanthropically, Pamela has been a passionate advocate for Step Up at her company. Pamela has not only helped create a partnership between her company and Step Up but has helped Step Up raise additional funds to help ensure we can continue to offer transformative programs to teen girls from under-resourced communities.
