Nadine Karp McHugh is Senior Vice President --- Strategic Investments, Data Driven Media & Creative Solutions at L’Oreal USA where she is responsible for the company’s US Omni Media Planning and Investment Best Practices, Strategy Planning Approaches and Investment decisions across all Omni Media channels. Nadine’s role also includes working with media companies to develop opportunities and cocreate ideas that can drive the future for the Beauty leader across their communications and media platforms and resonate with consumers in engaging and meaningful ways.
Prior to joining L’Oreal in 2014, Nadine was Vice President of Global Integrated Media Communications at Colgate Palmolive where she was responsible for driving best in class digitized media and integrated marketing ideas and best practices. Before joining Colgate, Nadine worked at WPP/GroupM’s Mindshare where her last post was Chief Client Officer of the New York Office overseeing all clients both global and local. Nadine also spent a large part of her career running the Unilever business for Mindshare. Nadine also played a key role on the global Dove Masterbrand integrated team and helped create and nurture never been done before programs and consumer experiences that grew Dove from a beauty bar into the Masterbrand it is today.
Nadine believes that the future will depend on everyone’s ability to harness their creative potential to drive and create what is possible. Technology has changed our world and will continue to do so in ways we have not yet dreamed of. By thinking differently and being able to reframe problems, the future we create is only as limited as we allow it to be. She recently received an MS in Organizational Creativity and Change Leadership from SUNY’s International Center for Studies in Creativity.
