One of the most rewarding things about being a Step Up facilitator is knowing that our afterschool programs not only help girls to explore their own identities, fostering self-awareness and growth, but also to connect to other girls within their schools and to their Step Up sisters in different time zones. Inspired by the spirit of Women's History Month (which – by the way, shouldn't it always be women's history month?), Step Up teens created inspiration posters. These positive messages speak from the heart, channel self-expression and are meant to uplift other Step Up teens – and young women everywhere!
