Step Up is issuing a Partner Application for organizations interested in applying to serve as a Power Talks partner. Powered by Kérastase, Power Talks is a global initiative to help young women grow their confidence. This collaborative effort between Kérastase and Step Up focuses on fighting the confidence gap through Flash Mentorship – short-term, targeted, skill-based mentorship.
As a Step Up Power Talks partner, organizations reaching young adults will have the opportunity to host two Power Talks sessions for the young women, and those identifying with womanhood ages 18-29, they serve.
