Teen of the Month: Los Angeles' Maria

Maria is a graduating senior at Environmental Science and Technology High School. She just recently stood in front of a crowd of 800+ people at our annual Inspiration Awards, serving as an ambassador for all Step Up girls! Maria bravely shared her stories, stumbles and successes and inspired the crowd with her poise and passion. In the fall, Maria will be attending California State University, Northridge and aspires to be a criminal investigator… or maybe play one on TV! Whatever she chooses, Maria will move mountains and make sure to mentor the next generation of Step Up girls.
