Lindsay is a human capital consultant at Baker Tilly and became a member through Baker Tilly’s group membership with Step Up in Chicago. Lindsay is not only dedicated to Step Up through her membership, but she dove right in and took further leadership roles through the Connections Committee. Since becoming a member of the Connections Committee, Lindsay has eagerly volunteered to help out at Step Up events and brainstorm new ways to engage new and prospective members.
“Step Up’s mission to inspire and prepare the next generation of young professional women is what motivates me to dedicate my time,” Lindsay said. “I joined the Connections Committee because I wanted to make a greater impact in spreading the mission of Step Up and connecting future and current members to our mission and one another.”
