Volunteer of the Month: Chicago's Traci Saiz

Since joining Step Up in 2012, Traci Saiz has jumped right in all Step Up has to offer, including Chicago’s Events Committee, volunteering at Shine & Dine, and working closely with Step Up girls. “Mentoring the girls is truly a moving experience, you bond with them, laugh with them and learn and grow with them - it truly is inspiring and empowering for everyone. Volunteering for events has given me an opportunity to meet other inspiring women, make friends, build connections, and also learn from one another. Step Up is an amazing organization that not only empowers the girls but empowers you as well.”
