Rachel Vivian cares about causes from children and education to arts and economic empowerment. Her membership in Step Up aligns with her beliefs, but she has taken it a step further and really dedicated time an energy as a volunteer. Whether she is behind the scenes, supporting with check in or connecting with teens as a mentor, Rachel is giving it her all. Rachel says she appreciates that "Step Up offers the most unique experience. With a career that generally requires more than 40 hours of work per week it’s great to have an option to mentor with a flexible schedule.
