Volunteer of the Month: New York's Kenita Dickerson

A member since 2007, Kenita Dickerson is nothing short of exemplary. She participates in everything Step Up has to offer- from mentoring during after-school programs to attending Step Up events in the evening.

Kenita is an active member of the Connections Committee and often thinks of creative ways to push the organization further. She was an integral part of last year's #MembershipMatters campaign, fundraising around the clock for teen girls.

Kenita is known for calling the office just to say hello and to ask if there is still work to be done. She knows when the future of girls is at stake, we will always say yes!
