Flash Mentoring provides a short and focused mentoring experience that allows mentees to receive practical advice and guidance from their mentors in one-on-one experiences. This targeted support is as needed and can be helpful right away for mentees to find mentors with specific skills to get immediate and practical guidance to achieve their goals.
