Step Up x Sunnie: Hello Sunshine’s Gen Z Platform
We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with Sunnie on their playbook for teens, Design Your Dream Life! The guide is woven directly from Step Up’s own teen curriculum, supporting young women in exploring career paths, making smart money moves, and building their futures. For the first time, our curriculum is living inside a Hello Sunshine product and reaching girls through a platform they already love and trust! NEW! Monthly Mentor Training
Launched on May 15, Step Up is hosting monthly mentor trainings to ensure every mentor who engages with our work feels confident, prepared, and deeply connected to what we are building together. Our lunch + learn virtual training will take place monthly on Fridays – a live 60-minute session where mentors explore Step Up’s principles, best practices for engaging with mentees, and their own commitment to empowering future changemakers.

Teen Programming Capstone Celebrations
Across every market Step Up serves, we cheered our teens into their next chapter! Capstone celebrations honor teens who have completed our 12-week curriculum and are ready to step boldly into their next step to success. Capstone activities included a resume workshop, showering Step Up fellows with appreciation, t-shirt decorating, pizza & paint parties, bowling, luau parties, tote bag decorating, and so much more. We're so proud of our teens for committing to their personal growth this semester, and incredibly grateful for our dedicated fellows who show up every week to facilitate these sessions and make this impact possible!
Step Up x Aritzia
We brought Step Up inside Aritzia stores in New York, Dallas, Chicago, and Los Angeles, where Aritzia employees participated in a mentor training and mentoring activities. Following these sessions, Aritzia team members visited Step Up high schools to connect with teens and share about their paths to success, highlighting that it’s ok to have a non-linear path!
