Step Up x LANEIGE Partnership Launch
LANEIGE marked the launch of its partnership with Step Up by curating a special pop-up experience for teens and young adults featuring hair and makeup touch-ups, professional headshots, and mentoring moments. Shortly after, Step Up teens had the chance to visit LANEIGE offices and connect with team members.
Step Up x NYC Service Women’s Day Summit
The annual NYC Service Women’s Day Summit brought together over 300 teens and mentors to foster growth and leadership. Step Up facilitated a mentor session to help teens map out their future career paths.
Step Up x Kérastase Global Power Talks
Step Up joined Kérastase to celebrate their new Chronologiste hair care line launch in Los Angeles with a Power Talks conversation featuring Step Up CEO Delores and the iconic Demi Moore.
MentorSip in Chicago
Step Up Midwest Region Board Chair Baaba Holland hosted the Step Up community for an intimate evening of community building. Highlights included a special fireside chat with creative and entrepreneur Kirsten Corley on The Power of the Next Chapter, an interactive mentorship station for guests to answer questions submitted by Step Up young adults, and giveaways from our friends at Ulta Beauty.
Women’s History Month Virtual Member Event
Step Up Alum Feli Hernandez, founder of Gordita’s Way, moderated a thought-provoking conversation with Step Up Member Jessica Merino, president and financial advisor of Merino Wealth, on stepping into leadership, cultivating self-trust, and honoring the different seasons of personal and professional growth.

Step Up x Bollare Partnership Launch
Bollare marked its 20th anniversary with the launch of its partnership with Step Up to celebrate the power of mentorship. To kick off the partnership, Bollare team members have been participating in Step Up mentorship sessions across the country. Bollare is also featuring Step Up in its anniversary campaign and inviting supporters to join the celebration by discovering Step Up's Mentoring App to help uplift future changemakers.
