As Step Up's Mentor Training and Experience Manager - Juliet supports the Step Up Programs Team in creating inspirational experiences for trained Mentors in Step Up's Membership Program. In this role Juliet researches, proposes, plans, implements, executes, and evaluates program or project findings, allowing for continuous feedback in the pursuit of organizational effectiveness.
