Morgan serves as the senior manager, partnerships on the external relations team across Step Up's network. In this role, Morgan oversees the management, growth, and execution of Step Up partnerships. Fortifying Step Up's mission through engaging communications, events, and programs for partners allows Morgan to fulfill her personal mission of bringing together people and brands to realize their potential in creating a lasting change.

Morgan began her professional career developing and promoting women of intellect through her role as a leadership development consultant at Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women. Through this experience, she had the opportunity to inspire collegiate women across North America to achieve their potential by presenting on topics to further their educational growth. It is this role that sparked her passion to work towards the development of the next generation of women.

She has been a featured panelist at San Diego State University and was recognized by her alma mater for her excellence in community engagement and leadership. Morgan came to Step Up with marketing and events experience through her work withthe University of Iowa athletic communications department, the National Basketball Association, and the Women's Justice Institute.

Graduating with distinction from the University of Iowa with a bachelor's degree in communications studies and minors in Spanish and sports studies, Morgan developed a lifelong love of learning and education. While on campus, she served as the president of the Panhellenic Council, where she implemented strategic initiatives to advocate for a positive student experience. As a Chicago native, Morgan strives to engage communities through innovative events and marketing initiatives to provide an avenue for women to challenge the status quo.

Morgan spends her free time running by Chicago's lakefront, spending time with her many nieces and nephews, and watching college football on Saturdays.

What has your mentor taught you?
As a sister and mentor, Kristen is my daily motivator and inspiration to change the world. Since we were younger, she has taught me the importance of staying true to your values and personal mission no matter what the situation may be. If a decision or situation does not align with those values, it is okay to redirect your goals and priorities!

What do you enjoy most about working at Step Up?
The ability to collaborate with outstanding thought leaders and creatives! I learn something new every single day and am grateful for the personal and professional growth I have experienced from those I work with!
